Iris Mishly’s Cosmic Ceramic tutorial & My Fossil Stamps

What a great pairing !!! Iris Mishly of PolyPedia used my 2 ammonite stamps from the Fossils stamp set to make these AMAZING polymer clay beads following her tutorial called Cosmic Ceramic: faux ceramic !!!!!!!!! The technique is stunning and a must have for your tutorial library. 🙂

20 New Stamp Designs

I just got done listing 20 new small clear stamps in my Etsy Shop.

I have spent the last week coming up with new designs for my  silk screens and stamps. With Spring being here there are lots of flowers and leaves. Plus I have some very interesting organic designs that I am hoping will be very popular. They are perfect for doing Mokume Gane and mica shift. Here are just  a few of the designs you will find very soon in my Etsy shop.

Testing a New Stamp Design Idea

I was asked some time ago about stamps with a positive and negative of the same image. One side will stamp as normal, but the other side when used with polymer clay (or any clay) with result in a raised embossed image. I have been searching for interesting designs and patterns to use and I have a few designs ready to test. Here are some of the new Duo Designs I am planning on adding to the clear stamp line I sell in my Etsy Shop .

Polymer Clay Is Acid Free and Safe For Scrapbooking

Polymer clay is listed in “Creating Keepsakes” magazine’s approved list of products, which means it has been tested by archival experts and is acid free. Good news for all you scrapbooking addicts. 😉 You can make one of a kind frames, tags and embellishments for you scrapbook pages when you can’t find exactly the right color or design you need in a retail shop. It just take a little imagination and an oven. 🙂
